Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (£12.95):
– Delivered via DHL or FedEx
– Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Delivered via EMS
– Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every GlamMode purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns policy has you covered.

Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear (including bikinis, tankinis and swimsuits) and sports tops are final sale unless faulty

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request (see template below)
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Include the original packing slip or invoice and ensure the item is in its original condition
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Liverpool address using a trackable shipping service

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Note: Exchanges may take 2-3 weeks to process depending on stock availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items
