Product Questions
Currently, we focus on standard sizing for our collections. Each product page includes detailed size charts to help you find your perfect fit. For swimwear and jeans, we particularly recommend checking measurements carefully.
Our bikinis, tankinis and swimsuits are designed for fashion-forward beachwear rather than competitive swimming. For active water sports, we recommend our sports tops which offer more support.
Care instructions are provided with each item. Generally, we recommend:
- Swimwear: Hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry
- Jeans: Wash inside out in cold water to preserve color
- Delicate tops: Use gentle cycle or hand wash

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer two convenient options:
- Express Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
- Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over £50
We ship worldwide! However, some remote areas in Asia and island territories may have extended delivery times or restrictions, particularly for swimwear. If you’re unsure, please contact us before ordering.
We use customs-friendly packaging to minimize fees, but import taxes vary by country. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your package in real-time through our carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date (excluding final sale items). Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International returns may take longer to process.
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or color, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
