Currently, we focus on standard sizing for our collections. Each product page includes detailed size charts to help you find your perfect fit. For swimwear and jeans, we particularly recommend checking measurements carefully.

Are your swimwear items suitable for active swimming?

Our bikinis, tankinis and swimsuits are designed for fashion-forward beachwear rather than competitive swimming. For active water sports, we recommend our sports tops which offer more support.

How do I care for my GlamMode clothing?

Care instructions are provided with each item. Generally, we recommend:

  • Express Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
  • Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over £50
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Liverpool warehouse.
Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide! However, some remote areas in Asia and island territories may have extended delivery times or restrictions, particularly for swimwear. If you’re unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

We use customs-friendly packaging to minimize fees, but import taxes vary by country. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date (excluding final sale items). Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International returns may take longer to process.

Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or color, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
